The room was quiet, had great internet, free Wi-Fi, and the staff were welcoming.

Nice hotel with good facilities and good value for money. Parking in the underground car park was free of charge. Downtown of Badajoz easily accessible via pedestrian bridge. As the hotel was rebuilt in the entrance area, there was a free upgrade to a premium room. Quiet environment. Good cafes for breakfast outside the hotel in the immediate vicinity

luxurious hotel, clean, amazingly nice staff, location near pedestrian bridge was unbeatable. we stayed in modern and soundproof room with a view that also had wake-up service. location: the property was close enough to a great restaurant as well as the park. popped in bar - restaurante morgado for shots before sleep, it was not too far away from the venue.

The staff; all of them were absolutely superb with exactly the right amount of formality, friendliness, helpfulness and professionalism. The room was more like a suite and was something akin to a quality apart- hotel. Room service was great too. Its position close to plenty of eating out venues and also to the routes in & out of the city. Near enough for an easy walk into the city centre and the historic old town. Free WiFi throughout the hotel & also in the individual rooms.

Dining options within the hotel seemed to be limited to a formal restaurant or room service. Parking charges were the same for a car or a motorcycle. After having paid the parking bill in the lobby and having been handed the required tickets to feed into the "payment" machine, I discovered that the machine was in fact out of order & therefore the exit was left open for all guests/customers, negating the need for payment! A swimming pool would have been a nice addition. Despite these issues, I would readily recommend this hotel. It really was lovely. The free WiFi throughout and especially in the room was an absolute bonus.

The location of the hotel is magnificent. The staff was extremely helpful during the whole stay.- Everything was very good and within a 20-minute drive of Talavera La Real airport.- The staff was willing to help and kept everything clean.
